*We take great pride in being able to be accessible to our racers. We are the only race company that puts the Race Directors cell phone number on our website. With this being said we cannot answer 1000 calls all at once. We ask that you try reach us, email first unless it is urgent. Phone calls are great for quick questions however asking about changing or transferring a registration or verifying a registration or defering a registration is available online and cannot be done over the phone and available . If you cannot figure out how to do it online you can call or email us for answers. If you send us an email please use the race name in the subject line so we know what event you are speaking about. Clothing and small items like water bottles or arm bands will not be held after a race. If you have left an item like an award or lost an item at the race please fill out the lost and left form under the contact us tab above. Deferrals must be done 15 days prior to the race and will cost $15. We do not refund registrations fees for any reason and after 15 days we can only do a transfer to another racer. After 15 days we have paid for your race and cannot recover your fees. Use the transfer form to transfer to another person for free up to 3 days prior to the race. After 3 days there will be a $5 fee and must be done in person at packet pickup the day prior and is not available on race day.
